CHAKRA BALANCING MASSAGE 
Start with a 1 hour full body massage to relax and instill peace within. Essential oils, with specific frequencies are applied to each chakra.  Then a balancing of the energy centers in your body is performed.

PREGNANCY MASSAGE

During pregnancy, a womans body

undergoes tremendous changes.

Some of the by-products of these

changes result in a number of

Massage during pregnancy helps

through the positive physiological

effects of soft tissue manipulation.

MYOFASCIAL RELEASE (MFR)

A whole body, hands-on approach for the evaluation and treatment of the human structure.  Its focus is the fascial system. 

MFR consists of the gentle application of sustained pressure into the fascial restriction to eliminate pain and restore range of motion, (i.e.: headaches, TMJ, Fibromyalgia, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, etc.)  MFR is a combination of MFR techniques, soft tissue manipulation & CranialSacral Therapy.

HOT STONE MASSAGE
